Spoiled ballots

A voter is entitled to request another ballot if he spoils his ballot (tears ballot, votes for the wrong candidate, etc.) provided the ballot has not been deposited into the ballot box by returning it to the judge of election and asking for another ballot.  Once the voter places the ballot in the ballot box with optical scan, the vote is final.  It cannot be retrieved.
