REQUEST FOR A NOMINATING PETITION PACKET

Instructions:

Complete this form and press submit to request a nominating petition packet for the February 5th, 2008 General Primary Election for County Offices, County Board Members or Precinct Committeemen.   You will need to contact the State Board of Elections (www.elections.state.il.us) if you will be a candidate for US Senate or Congress, State Senate or Representative Districts and Judicial Offices. 

 

Petitions cannot be circulated prior to August 7th, 2007.  Filing dates are: Monday October 29th, 2007 through Monday, November 5th, 2007.

  If you are requesting by email, you will receive a PDF file containing all required petition packet forms necessary.


  If you are requesting by regular mail, we will send a petition packet to you the day we receive your request (if the request is received before 4:30pm).
