Instructions:

Complete this form and press submit to request an application (required) and absentee ballot for the April 17th, 2007 Consolidated Election.

 

The first day the County Clerk is allowed by statute to mail out applications and ballots for this election is Thursday, March 8th, 2007.

 

Important: Completed applications and voted ballots must be received in the Will County Clerk's Office by noon on Election Day.
